Whether you need a lock repaired, are looking to institute a master key system, need keys made to a file cabinet, or need your locks re-keyed- we are eager to do a great job for you.
*Master Keying*
A master key system is a planned out coordination of your property's locks. It will allow for a complex key arrangement, in which locks are operated by a series of keys that are in a hierarchy. For instance, you may have a master key that operates every single lock at your property. Additionally, you can have sub-master keys which may open a subset of locks (such as your utility rooms) and another submaster for your office doors as another subset of doors; all the while having 1 master key opening everything. You are still able to have individual locks have their own single keys as well. It is a multi-tier keying system- and can add key control and convenience to your facility.
*Re-Keying*
A re-key of a lock cylinder involves the change of the inside components of a cylinder. The end result is a new key will operate the lock, and the old one will no longer work. This service would be used most commonly when there is a key compromise, such as a key carrying employee being fired, etc. Its a smart, economical way to change your locks without actually changing the physical hardware; which equates to saving money and being resourceful.
*Lock Repairs*
Locks can be like a puzzle, but experience certainly helps. We will be quick to diagnose any problems, come up with the best solutions(s), and complete the best repairs possible. We do this through years of experience, stocking an array or replacement parts, and having the necessary skills to do so. We are able to do the occasional fabrication of parts as well. We warranty all our commercial repairs, and thus want to make sure they will last.
*Interchangeable Core Locks | LFIC | SFIC*
An interchangeable core lock (or IC core) is something that we will recommend to store owners, management companies, and retail locations with considerable amount of turn over of employees. An interchangeable core allows you, the owner or manager, to remove the lock cylinder and replace with a new one without any tools required, and at any time you may find it to be necessary. We supply you with spare cores that can be switched by you in moments. We offer interchangeable cores in restricted keyways which will allow for excellent key control through the prohibition of duplicates unless proper identification and access card are presented.
*Restricted Keys*
Keys that cannot be copied without authority to do so. Allowing you to control your stock of keys and to easily keep track of them; no more wondering if a key has been copied.
*File Cabinet Keys*
If you have lost your keys to a file cabinet or other office furniture, then we can help. Commonly these is a code stamped on the face of the lock which is a reference for not only the key blank but often times the bitting (or cuts) for the key. This code is not always present, and if not, we are often able to impression a new key to the lock. Impressioning is a technique in which a key is slowly filed down until it works to operate the lock. We then use that key to duplicate any extras needed.
*Keyless Entry Locks*
Keyless entry locks are usually most appropriate for exterior doors, but may also be considered for restrooms (in retail) or other stock rooms. There are many manufacturers of this type of lock. Some are solely mechanical and have no batteries or electrical components. Mechanical push button locks are usually very well build and will hold up for a very long time. While others are electrical and can have endless features. Electric locks can have multiple user codes which can be added or deleted easily; can be programmed to allow certain user codes to only be used at certain times of the day; and also have the capacity to be linked to a network and monitored.
